AVM Drive Index – Suboptimist

I was tired of searching endlessly for the stuff on my drives… So I made an app to keep track.

AVM Drive Index quietly catalogues every external drive you connect, then keeps that catalogue available after the drive is unplugged. Browse folders and files, see sizes and connection history, and search across every drive from one place.

What it does

Catalogues drives automatically in the background as you connect them.
Remembers folders and files, including sizes, so you can browse an unplugged drive.
Searches everything at once across drive names, folders, and filenames.
Tracks connection history, including when the drive was last connected and which local user account used it.
Keeps everything private—no account, sync, telemetry, or data leaving your computer.
